  博彩是个特殊的行业,在“赌城”澳门,从事博彩这个行业的人口占整个澳门总人口的大部,但随着博彩的快速发展,博彩服务就业人口出现空缺,很多地方都招不到这类型的人才。

  据悉,近两年澳门出现严重的人力资源匮乏的现象,每逢澳门有大型博彩项目开张,从大型博彩企业到中小企都会面临人资流失压力。澳门美高梅酒店人力资源部副总裁余婉莹表示,今年人资流失率较预期少,较08年以前平稳;薪酬依然是员工考虑跳槽的主因,但经过多年发展,员工不仅会选择工作,更会挑选公司。现时每月平均招聘五十至一百名新员工,主要弥补人资流失及协助餐饮、博彩部门扩张。 余婉莹说美高梅外雇只占两成,八成为本地员工,当中亦有不少高层行政职位由本地人担任,如人资、博彩主管都是澳门居民。美高梅自设“美高梅学院”,有四个等级的课程,每名员工晋升前都要进修一系列课程。

  而美高梅亦与其他大专院校合作,为大三、大四学生提供学费资助课程,获资助学生每年在公司工作四百小时,大学毕业後再参加公司培训计划,尽快成为主管级职员。人资市场一定会有流动,现在是健康发展,员工离开一般是为了升职或转往其他部门作新尝试,不仅仅是高薪挖角。虽然今年再有新项目开业,需招聘数千人手,但公司人资流失比预期少。员工流失,亦有助其他同事晋升。
